“Now this house is my absolute favorite. It’s a very modern family home. It includes four bedrooms, three and a half baths, one being in the master’s bedroom. A huge family room with a nice size fireplace and over here is the dining room, the kitchen which is extremely spacious and there’s a built in bar just to the left of us.” Here I was showing some of my clients a house they were interested in. So far it looks like I’m reeling them in by the looks on their faces. This was my last house today and Lord knows I was ready to leave.

“I love the place babe. It’s by far the best I’ve seen today. I don’t even need to see the other houses.” The wife was in love with my house choice.

“Yeah, it’s dope as fuck,” the ghetto husband added.

I’m so over this, but I have to maintain my professionalism. “Great, so what’s the final decision, if you all have one?” I asked them both.

They looked at each other before simultaneously saying, “We’ll take it.”

“Hallelujah!” I shouted out on impulse. “I mean I’m so thrilled for you guys because this is an amazing home for you all and your kids.” I hurriedly told them.

As I handed them papers to sign my phone vibrated in my back pocket. I pulled it out and saw that it was Xina, Kailand’s sister. We been kicking it ever since I introduced myself at dinner a while ago. “I’m sorry I have to take this. You all can just read over these papers and I’ll be right back.”

I excused myself and went into the foyer answering the call. “Hello.”

“Hey Ellis, are you busy?” She asked.

“I won’t be in a few minutes. I have a couple here signing off on some papers for a house. What you trying to get into?” I knew she was smiling on the other end.

“Well I wanted to do you, but I can hear the tiredness in your voice. So we can just chill at my house, order in and watch a movie.” She stated.

“Netflix and chill, huh?” I joked.

“Maybe, maybe not. We’ll see when you get here.”

I nodded as if she could see me. “That’s what’s up. I have to go though, don’t wanna keep these people waiting. I’ll be there around eight, eight-thirty.”

“Alright, bye sexy.”

“Bye.” I ended the call and quickly went back to my clients. “I’m sorry about that, family emergency. Now let’s sign some papers, shall we?”

I got off later than I expected, but like a real man, I kept my word and now I was parked in front of her apartment. Once I did a hygiene check, since I came straight here from my office, I got out the car making sure I locked my shit up. She lives in my childhood area of L.A, which is the rough side and people would steal my penis if it wasn’t attached to me. That’s how bad it is over here. While walking up the driveway I notice a black Ferrari was parked there.
